I have been Personal Training for 9 years training a variety of clients from celebrities to teachers. I mainly specialise in female weight loss and lean muscle gain. I am also advance nutrition qualified giving expert advice with calories and energy balance. Tom Holley

Working at Peak Fitness since 2024, I am a Level 2 Gym Instructor with a strong focus on core strength and functional training. I am currently training towards Pilates and Aqua qualifications, as Pilates is an excellent method for improving strength, mobility, posture, and injury prevention for people of all abilities. I pride myself on adapting exercises to suit each individual client’s needs and goals.

Alongside my gym work, I am a freelance dressage coach and competitive rider, regularly competing and training under a European Championship rider.

I have been working in gyms for 6 years and have been training people all shapes and sizes as well as doing classes such as Box Blast and HIIT.

From a young age I have always been interested in sport, mainly running and football. I was always in the top team for school in every sport and joined Reading Athletic Club when I was 10. Since then, I am still in love with the sport and competing for the club to this day in track, road and X country events. So, I always knew I was going to work in the fitness industry which is why I chose to do A Level PE and Psychology and then later my Level 2 and 3 qualifications.

I mainly specialise in weight loss and toning and have a great understanding of how your diet, mindset and biomechanics come into play when training. So if your looking for some motivation and more efficient workouts then come see me in the club or message me on Instagram.
