Fiona Dixon
I have been in the fitness industry for 23 years. My passion for fitness started when I joined a local gym after having two children. Seeing my fitness improve and my body shape change gave me the courage to push myself and complete my level 2 fitness qualification so that I could help and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals.
My aim is always to have fun! There is no reason why you can’t be fitter and healthier without a few laughs along the way.

I have been working in gyms for 6 years and have been training people all shapes and sizes as well as doing classes such as Box Blast and HIIT.
From a young age I have always been interested in sport, mainly running and football. I was always in the top team for school in every sport and joined Reading Athletic Club when I was 10. Since then, I am still in love with the sport and competing for the club to this day in track, road and X country events. So, I always knew I was going to work in the fitness industry which is why I chose to do A Level PE and Psychology and then later my Level 2 and 3 qualifications.
I mainly specialise in weight loss and toning and have a great understanding of how your diet, mindset and biomechanics come into play when training. So if your looking for some motivation and more efficient workouts then come see me in the club or message me on Instagram.
